EXCHANGE INFO

You can exchange your items within 3 days after receiving them as long as the tag is still on, unworn or unused and not washed. 

You can exchange for different models, colors or sizes that have the same price or are higher than your purchased items.

If you choose any lower price item, we will not return any excess payment, and if you pick a higher price item, you have to pay the price difference.

The exchange only valid once.

Sale items, bags and wallet  are not allowed to be exchanged.

Without unboxing video, any complaint on incomplete order or defect items cannot be accepted

However, please do make sure that you check the measurements before buying the products. This service is only valid for ONE time exchange (for all products).

All shipping fee for exchange transaction will be paid by customer.
